Airpods Quality & Complaints Issue

One year and three months old my Airpods have stopped working, consistent paring issues, Active noise cancellation doesn't work.

How to see this once after warranty expires device malfunctioning, Apple not accepting to replace or repair. Does really our money is worth the purchase.

AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) issues! I recently bought the new AirPods Pro 2nd and I can confirm that the sound quality is wonderful. But I have some problems that I notice with the device. Battery - The battery in my case dies faster than the previous generation, in addition the right earphone has charging and battery problems. Connection Problems - There are cases where the headphones disconnect out of nowhere when I am on the bus and train and there is also a static sound in the right headphone. Can apple give me a new one because I'd rather have it replaced than fixed?

if I have a warranty on my AirPods and they are not working correctly can I get new ones? my AirPods are quiet even when at full volume and you can hear the music from the outside, so when people are next to me they can hear my music

Can I still get free airpods pro replacement due to cracking noise? They are off waranty? So if it's on off mode everything is fine but on noice cancelation or transparency it sounds terrible if u do any move it does cracking noise and other headphone has some issues too. Well can I get free replacement still even tho It's not on warranty?
