I don’t know the guided access password. I’ve restarted the phone multiple times (volume up, down, hold side button until apple logo appears) but as soon as it restarts it opens into the guided access screen and still requires the password.
I had this issue too, face I'd and triple click didn't work, I found the best way was to use find my phone app on another device and put phone into lost mode, this automatically exists guided access.

I had a similar issue on my iPhone 14 I had accidentally triple clicked and touched my phone and activated some weird version of Guided Access where I didn’t have to press start to activate and then once it exited out and I reactivated Guided Access trying to get rid of it it’s still was there and it was in a limbo of nothing was working but also my phone wasn’t registering Guided Access being on the only thing that worked was to go on my iPad and put my phone in lost mode
