Since you can not 'send' money to someone using a credit or debit card, only Apple Cash, the OP must have gotten scammed into using Apple Cash to pay someone for something.

Sad, but not uncommon. Also nothing anyone other than the police can do anything about. Since the total is over $1500 it would qualify as a felony, meaning they may actually investigate it...

As I said, if you are referring to Apple Cash, that is just like using cash. There is nothing Apple can do for you.

I contact with the police yesterday, filed a report, and they told me to send this to Apple Fraud Department or something.

I tried giving the report to my banks fraud departments and they will not send money back from Apple Pay.
