icloud pop up on Pc

Hi..why am i having a icloud pop up on computer screen every couple of minutes..it want me to log in..It just started.. i have os 16.. I dont want to sign out then it will not back up my stuff to it..is there another solution? Thank You! I triied disabling in startip on pc but it still pops up..there are several icloud for startup besdies the icloud drive..do i disable all of them? i have a screen shot of what pops up..

icloud pops up at startup even though disabled in task manager I have an issue for about a week now where iCloud will open itself on startup. It's not a login popup, it's just the iCloud window where you see what apps are using iCloud and what have you. I have disabled it in startup and restarted my pc. In settings>apps>start-up The items on the menu are iCloud, iCloud Drive, iCloud Keychain, iCloud Photos, and iCloud Shared Albums. I have two Lenovo PCs (Flex 14 and IDEAPAD) running Windows 11 Pro. The problem is happening on the IDEAPAD but not the Flex 14. I noticed that icloud is not listed as a startup app in the task manager for the Flex 14. Is there a way to remove it (not just disable it) from the task manager in the IDEAPAD?

Recurring pop up window requesting iCloud signIn obscuring PC screen… First popup: large iCloud info screen showing storage (in the middle of my screen and it cannot be moved), then immediately by … second popup on top of it: demands “enter your password to continue using iCloud”. I enter my password, and it doesn’t work. Which leads to… third small popup: white box, with red circle with white X on it and an OK button. Pressing the OK button makes the box disappear, but leaves the other big boxes on the screen. Unfortunately, any documents I have open on the screen are covered up by this mess of boxes. And when I click to get rid of them, they will pop back up immediately. This repeats maybe two or three more times, but they eventually leave only to appear in about two or three minutes later. This makes working on my computer impossible and I am frantic about it. What can I do? Is it a virus? Is it a storage issue in iCloud?
