Iphone 14 pro battery

I have my phone only for 2 days and I noticed the battery is draining too fast. Always on display has been turned off and even so after max of 4 hours screen time which is just facebook and instagram mostly it reaches 20%. I ve read a few reviews where a lot of people experience the same kind of problem. This is really dissapointing. I had iphone 11 pro before and battery was oustanding perforamance, one charge and will last up to 20 hours doing same things. Thought i made a good choice but thinking now about returning this.

Take it into a Genius Bar. This was the exact thing that was happening to me. It would die in the middle of the night in sleep mode. They did a firmware update and wiped the phone, making it like a new phone. WORLD of difference. Make sure you do a backup first!

You should be charging the phone overnight, every night, with Optimized Charging and automatic backup turned on. And, if you do, it should last until it needs to be charged the next night, unless you are a very heavy user of cellular voice and data, or interactive video games for hours at a time.

Were the other iPhones 5G, which is more energy-demanding than 4G/LTE phones?

Although my 14 Pro gets better battery performance than any phone I have ever owned.

Thanks Lawrence, this is something i know and been doing with all my iphones so far. However the battery still drains quite fast especially in comparison to other iphones I have had.

Hi, my previous is 4g however i just couldnt justify so short battery life. I will speak to an apple specialist and check this issue. Thanks for the help
