I bought brand new iPhone SE 2 generation in September 2022 I never repaired it
but my I can check my mobile in 3u tools
this app is showing that my iPhone”s front and back camera is abnormal and showing 66 points
plz solve my issue as soon as possible

It doesn't really look as if there's a real issue. Sometimes these third party tools give "false negatives" about the condition of Apple devices. But if you're really concerned, I'd ask for a real diagnostic check from Apple.
