F13-F15 Keys

Before Ventura, I used to be able to change the function of F13-15 keys. Can't figure out how to do this in Ventura. Help!

System Settings, Keyboard, Keyboard Shortcuts. Then choose from the list and assign F13-15 or even F16-F19 to whatever you wish.

CMD F short cut not working in Ventura 11 CMD+F1, F2, F3, ETC short cut not working in Ventura 13.1 I have those shortcut assigned for almost all my software, but after the update none is working it works any other combination as CMD+SHIFT+F1 or just F1, but not CMD+F1 anymore. I deactivated and activated again, trying to see if Fn keys were disabled in the update, but everything is as it should be.

Ventura Key Repeat mostly doesn't work. In Ventura, Settings, I have Key Repeat Rate set to Fast and Delay Until Repeat set to Short, but key repeat is almost entirely nonfunctional. For most keys, no matter how long I hold down a key, it doesn't repeat even a single time. For some keys, like e, instead of repeating a little window pops up with a bunch of accent marks. For space, return, and delete, key repeat works as expected. How do I make key repeat work for all keys?

Thank you for your reply. I did finally figure it out. I must make one correction regarding your answer, for those who have had the same problem as I and that is after going to Keyboard you must go to Display and uncheck the boxes for F14 and F15. Then go to App Shortcuts and reset the keys to what you want under the particular application.
