Hi Asparis,

A relevant point to keep in mind when syncing from a PC to an iPhone from Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer is:

"* You can only sync your device with one iTunes library at a time. If you see a message that your device is synced with another iTunes library, your device was previously connected to another computer. If you click "Erase and Sync" in that message, all content of the selected type on your device will be erased and replaced with content from this computer."

If you didn't transfer your iTunes library to the new PC then syncing with this computer may not be possible unless you use the Erase and Sync option described on that page. Note that doing so will remove all synced content from your iPhone and you will only be able to sync what is on the new PC from that point forward.

Alternatively, you may choose to use Set up and use iCloud for Windows so that your calendars would be uploaded to iCloud and then kept synced with the iPhone without the need to connect the devices to stay up-to-date with this type of data.

Regards.
