Wifi Not Working on my MacBookPro

Wifi disabled and I can not turn it back on. Opening System Preferences then Network Preferences I get a Network Preferences Error message. Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.6

Is the Wifi card recognized by the system..
