Can I get newer chip with my MacBook

I want to download JWLibrary app. But they require MacOS with M1 or Newer chip.

I have no idea about computer. But I want to have u app on my Mac. I just curious is it possible with my Mac ( I don’t want to buy new one. Just upgrade) how much it cost. If it’s impossible to upgrade with this Mac. I understand I start to save money and will upgrade my computer in the future!
