My apple watch six series has a fuzzy screen. It won’t do anything.

Reset the Apple Watch by pressing and holding both the side button and Digital Crown together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn’t solve it:

This worked for me. My time screen was fine, but all other screens were blurry and non responsive. Everything is back to normal after the reset.

Apparently you have not as it sounds like you have not pursued the repair option.
I’ve done that already a few times nothing but a fuzzy screen.. it won’t do anything but turn off and on and the screen is still study I don’t get an Apple icon..
