Tokyo Joe’s Ordering App stopped launching on my iPhone 8 after 16.4 updates. Not fixed with 16.5 up.

Tokyo Joe’s Ordering App stopped launching on my iPhone 8 after 16.4 updates. Not fixed with 16.5 up.
iPhone 8, iOS 16
Remove the app, force restart the iPhone, re-download the app from the app store, and try again.
If that fails, contact the app developer: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support

Either an app bug, or the app is tripping over an iOS bug. Whatever the cause, the app developer is in the best position to know details of the issues, of any potential app update or replacement app underway, of any work-arounds that might exist, and to coordinate with Apple should there be iOS bugs triggering this issue.
Or the shorter version: contact the app developer.
