Apple ID not active

Hi

Did anyone ever experience the followings?

We had an app which has been approved but not published yet.

When the developer tried to publish it, he has been logged out with a message "developer has been removed" and the apple ID was no longer active, so we can't login again.

Really strange!!

There is no one else with access to the account, so that no one could have removed him.

Does someone have any idea what happened and how can it be solved?
