Try a different browser. Chrome Browser is known to eat up resources in certain instances. Safari or Firefox are good.


Clean MY Mac should be avoided at all costs. It often works to slow performance as does pretty much all fixers, optimizer and the like. CMM is a disaster waiting to happen.


If you don't have some sort of regular backup running, you need to set that up ASAP on a dedicated external drive.


Limit auto start apps that run at startup.


Your disk read/write speeds aren't all the bad but are a bit slow by modern measures hence the performance being listed as "good".
