Whatsapp calls and messages delay

Hey I am Arslan and I am using iphone 14 pro max and after updating my ios to 16.5

I have seen a delay in receiving calls and messages from whatsapp and likely to receive after 5 mins. First I thought that it is due to poor network connection but then I have also changed my network and still I am facing this issue and I have already reset my all settings to default as well as I have reinstalled the application.
