Does the wifi+cellular iPad work with any SIM from Nigerian network providers?

I have looked online and shows me to change APN settings on iPad. Assuming that you have a recent model WiFi+Cellular iPad, your iPad should work internationally with the vast majority of modern Cellular Carriers.

For iPad, you will require a DataSIM that is intended for tablet computers or mobile broadband (a.k.a. MiFi) Routers. Be aware that many mobile phone SIMs are not correctly provisioned for use with tablet computers. As such, if you are uncertain that a SIM is suitable for your iPad, you may need check with the Cellular Carrier.
