To get a transcript, either:

A. Take a few screenshot as you scroll down, and print each as a PDF document. Go here to see how to view them:  View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

or...

B. Contact Apple, requesting a transcript.

• Proceed from there, as necessary
• Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
