No alarms through Bluetooth headphones

I have Aftershokz headphones paired through the Bluetooth on my iphone 13 mini. Typically I also wear a paired Garmin Instinct watch, that completes my handsfree experience. My watchband broke, and as I wait for it's replacement, I asked Siri to just give me an hourly chime, so I'm not constantly looking at my phone. Siri apparently doesn't do that. I had to set several alarms. Fine. But, my alarms don't go to my headset. They only transmit from my phone. So, I switched all my new alarms to just vibrate. Seems silly. Can somebody fix this?
