I'm not able to perform a search in my Mail app. I've restarted the Mail app, restarted my computer, removed and added the email accounts, & rebuilt the mailboxes. This has been so frustrating. Any insight?

Verify your Spotlight settings includes Mail...

I would reindex Spotlight...
Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support
For the most complete re-index use the Macintosh HD drag and drop method

Thank you for your reply. I didn't know about reindexing the spotlight, so that was good to know. However, it didn't help. For the last 4-6 weeks, I noticed that the search appears to be "indexing." Is it truly indexing? It seems to me that it's stuck somewhere. What are your thoughts? See screenshot...
