Settings for Zoom and AirPods to connect? It shows up as an option, bluetooth is working for phone, but not for Mac desktop.

AirPods connect to the computer but not Zoom conversations? I have clicked the option for AirPods and it shows up, but will not work with sound, or microphone. Help me make sure I have the settings set to get them to work.
