Keyboard is not recognized
Currently my house mate is running but suddenly his keyboard is not recognized? I plugged it in and maybe later it'll show in the bluetooth, his mouse shows up. What's going on? I know I need to update his system...
Yes, apply any Mojave updates that are available.
Make sure the keyboard is fully charged and/or has fresh batteries.
Also, see if rebooting the Mac fixes the problem.
