I did reach out to Juno mail technical support and I hope they gave me the correct information to clear up my issues with email and speeding up my entries with out hanging up. They suggested on my MacPro notebook to do the following:
1. In the Safari menu, choose "Preferences..."
2. Click the 'Privacy' button at the top of the new window that appears, and then click
the "Manage Website Data" button. In the next dialog box, click Remove All. It
will ask you if you are sure you want to remove all data stored by websites on your
computer.
3. Select "Remove Now" to clear data that could be used to track your browsing.
4. Next, you'll want to clear caches. To do so, you need to enable 'Develop' mode to
clear Safari caches:
From your Safari menu bar, click Safari > Preferences, then select the Advanced tab.
Enable the checkbox to "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
5. From the menu bar select: Develop > Empty Caches.
Turn on Pop-up Blocker
1. Open Safari, from the menu along the top of the Safari window, choose Safari >
Preferences.
2. Select "Websites" tab.
3. Click Pop-up Windows.
4. Select the desired action for the current website. Block and Notify blocks pop-ups on
the site and notifies you when it happens. Block blocks pop-ups without notifying you.
Allow allows pop-ups.
I hope this works. I was amazed at all the website data I removed. It took a few minutes but I kept reloading and they just kept coming. It looks like there is an improvement already after doing what they suggested.
