Assuming you mean your iPhone is disabled:


If your device has iOS 15.2 or later installed, you can reset it without a computer; check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise you will need a computer:

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.

If it’s locked due to a passcode issue;

Try login to your Apple ID during the set up process and it might give you and option to restore to a back up (If one was available). However, they might also ask for a device passcode during the set up process to authenticate.
