Search-Alpha Virus

Hi,

Whenever I use chrome on my macbook I encounter an issue with the search-alpha/search marquis virus. Troubleshooting on my own fixed the issue, but it is still occurring with chrome even after uninstallig and reinstalling the chrome app. I took screenshots of three folders in finder as advised by the community, but I am unsure of which to remove.
