Can Apple make it so I can set a cellular data reset date manually instead of having to remember to reset it every time that I renew my monthly plan?
I would think a simple section to program the phone to reset the data on a certain date every month automatically would be much better than the current manual reset.
That way I can rely on my iPhone to see how much data I've used through the month. Another add value solution for the customers.

That’s up to your carrier. My carrier (T-Mobile/US) automatically resets my data statistics at the start of my billing cycle. The alternative is use an app such as DataMan, which has the option to choose a reset date. And it also tracks your Wi-Fi data.
But even with my previous carrier I didn’t have to remember; I just set a repeating monthly Reminder to reset statistics.

I would argue not every person with a pre-paid plan gets statistics reset by carrier. My carrier, Lycamobile, on T-Mobile/US towers certainly does not. They have 16 million customers worldwide, I would argue that none of them get their data statistics reset. If I had a line of code where I could manually set a cycle date, it would be a "Set it and forget it" type of deal.
