Mixed up album artwork on iPhone

Its 2023, I have the iPhone 14, and it appears messed up album artwork is still a thing. How, Apple? How is there no easy fix for this? As opposed to the complicated fixes that only might work.

Wrong album artwork on Iphone 14 Pro Max? I see this issue has been floating around for years over multiple devices and platforms. None of Apple's suggested solutions have worked for me. This is very frustrating and and can be very distracting when trying to select new music to play. I have recently purchased an IPhone Pro Max 14 and the problem started showing up for the first time for me (after numerous IPhones and Mac computers over the years). Artwork is all correct on my up to date Mac Mini but syncing to the phone corrupts artwork on many albums, especially among the most recently purchased. Any more suggestions would be helpful.

Album artwork mixed up after upgrade to IOS 16.1.1 I am currently running MacOS 12.6, iTunes version 1.2.5.7 and just updated to IOS 16.1.1 on an iPhone 14Pro Max. Now all of my album artwork on my iPhone is mixed up, displaying the wrong album cover for albums. All of the artwork on my Macbook is correct. Is there a solution for this other than deleting all the music and resyncing? I mean is this Windows in the early days or what???

Can someone find a solution to the Wrong Album Artwork issue on iPhones? For years now there have been issues with the incorrect album artwork showing in Music on the iPhone. The album artwork is correct on iTunes but when synced over to the iPhone it grabs random images from other albums, even ones that are not on the phone. As you can see from the images attached, iTunes playing Free by Donavon with correct art, then iPhone playing the same song but it has 2 different Jack Harlow album covers. I have tried every single fix, sometimes I can update the artwork manually on the phone via Devices in iTunes but now that is not even working. Can everyone vote this up so Apple actually take notice!
