Did you mean Disney+? The app itself is free, but requires a subscription for any functionality. Find it in the App Store.

Disney+ app - App Store preview - Apple

You can sign in using a dedicated Disney+ account, or subscribe through Apple on your Apple ID account.

If you want to use this service on non-Apple devices too, then there is advantage to subscribing with Disney directly.
