How to sync bookmarks between Safari and Chrome

How do I sync bookmarks between Safari on my phone and Chrome on my laptop? I think previously I’d use the iCloud for Windows app on my computer to do this. The problem is, I’m temporarily using a Macbook so I can’t download iCloud for Windows since, y’know, it’s not Windows. I don’t want to use Safari on the Macbook because I’ll be switching shortly anyway.
