How to remove all partitions from USB?
I was stumped on removing the partition on my USB and searching found many had the same problem but were not being understood.
To format back click view "all devices" then select the USB and erase.

The external drive will always have at least one partition.
After selecting "All Devices" the next step is to click Erase and select the External drive (not the partitions), then continue the Erase steps.

Reformatting it will remove all partitions.
I have no clue why you or the other person are trying to tell me what I have already done and clearly showed in my photo for others that had the same issue. Previous threads gave no solution so I simply put the screenshot there to help others in the future.
