External Partitioned Space Missing

I partitioned a 2 TB USB stick awhile back. I tried deleting the partition and eventually got it to disappear, but the space allotted to it wasn't added to the remaining partition and I can't make the remaining partition bigger to encompass the missing space. I tried Safe/Recovery Mode and erasing several times. First Aid says it's fine though.

DiskUtility>View>Show All Devices

you are erasing/formatting/initializing the 'parent drive'
