iPhone stuck in Focus mode

My iPhone is stuck in Focus/DND mode. An important note is that those modes aren’t turned on- when I look they say they’re off, and I’ve actually deleted all personalized focus modes. But EFFECTIVELY they’re still on - all notifications are silenced, calls are sent straight to Voice mail, and when people go to text me it shows them the message that I have notifications silenced.

This is NOT a new issue and we are still waiting for a solution.

my model is a 12 mini, always running up to date software.

Tried restarting and also checked other devices for settings going across on same Apple ID.

Please help!
