I am having the same issue of my Fossil watch not pairing with my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I had an Android before and no issue. I have done all of the resets, power offs, etc. I have even paired to my car with no issues. The iPhone recognizes the Fossil, but will not pair. Did anyone find a solution?

Ask fossil support. That’s not an Apple product.
