3 finger copy and paste, offline siri

Hi! I've recently switched to iPhone 14 Pro from my iPhone 11. I've had enabled 3 finger copy and paste gesture (tapping 3 fingers on screen and options to cut, copy, paste would appear) on my old phone, it seems that it is not working on my new phone. I've also have offline siri enabled on my iPad but this is not available on my iPhone.
