keep getting emails that icloud is full but checking on line shows it is not full and I pay monthly do I need to do something?

What can I do as I am getting messages "storage is full"

This actually happened to me and now I’m paying 2.99 every month and I’m not sure if I even need more space. That Pymt is listed in my iCloud so I wasn’t concerned but today I found “another” one of those same emails and It looks official saying I’m going to lose my data blablabla ... but right now my iCloud + says I’ve used 26.8GB of 200GB so something’s not right. Who do I call about this and see if I even need what I’m paying 2.99 a mo for?

We'd be happy to help out. If you're not seeing that your iCloud storage is full when reviewing it, but getting emails from strange addresses stating otherwise, they're likely phishing emails.

I keep getting them to and in different languages,over an over . I never respond.Such evil people trying to scam ,I don’t get upset ,I just delete before even reading . I,m glad they bother me ,it’s takes up their time and maybe helps stop them from bothering and scamming someone else. Can’t wait 😊 for Karma to run up on them continually. Haha 😂 Not to mention the Good Lords power for evil doers ,they work for the Devil an will get What they deserve,Burn ,Burn ,Burn losers . Whatever fortunes you receive will be taken many times over from you an yours. Thank you all for your wonderful work destroying these lazy liars .
