Receiving iCloud upgrade emails with 200GB plan?

Why am I receiving emails to update my icloud when I have 200GB and I have 55.8?

Possibly a scam. If you have enough free space on iCloud. Check Settings ➜ Account ➜ iCloud

Are you sure the email is from Apple?

Does it address you by name?

Does it suggest you call a number or click a link?
