Calendar invitees not showing attendance status

At work I'm hooked into mostly a Microsoft infrastructure (outlook/exchange) and for the calendar events I can see on my calendar, I can see everyone that has been invited, but I only see the Accept/Maybe/Decline status for myself and the meeting organizer. Everyone else shows as if they had not responded.

Any suggestions on correcting this?

Apple calendar doesn't recognize me as the organizer of meetings created in my Outlook account I think this happened when I upgraded to Ventura. Meetings that I created in Apple Calendar now display correctly in Outlook Calendar, but treat me as a participant when working in Apple Calendar. The Apple Calendar event does identify me correctly (by name and email address) in the invitation but as an external organizer. I can update an invitation (I have a lot of recurring meetings) and that seems to fix it, but that's disruptive to my participants (not to mention me). Any ideas about what's going on?

Join button missing within Calendar app Invite When receiving a meeting invite with MS Teams meeting information, usually there is a join button within the calendar invite in the iOS native Calendar app. I have noticed behavior occasionally when I receive a meeting invite with Teams information that the join button is not present.
