Bluetooth hearing aids won't work on my iPhone 6s

I HAVE A 6S PHONE AND BLUETOOTH HEARING AIDS.BLUETOOTH USED TO WORK ON GOOGLE MAPS BUT NOW,TRYING APPLE ,WAZE AND GOOGLE, I GET A INITIAL INSTRUCTION,IN BLUETOOTH WHICH IS FINE,THEN AFTER THAT I GET NO MORE SOUND.IS THIS A SOFTWARE GLITCH WITH THE PHONE?

Seems iPhone 6s can not install the most recent iOS version iOS 16 to keep everything up-to-date, and the Hearing Aids firmware compatible.


iPhone 6s is still listed as compatible with Made for iPhone Hearing Aids.

You might want to check whether your particular hearing aids are listed:

Made for iPhone compatible hearing devices - Apple Support.


If needed:

Apple has an Accessibility Support Website:
