I’ve bought tickets from StubHub 3 weeks ago and I didn’t receive them yet. They are saying I’m gonna receive them before the event due, which is in two months.
I requested a cancellation for the purchase, they refused.
I want to dispute the transaction with the bank because I didn’t receive the marchandise, is it right ?

Just adding my perspective to the excellent posts above. If this concert is important, you may not want to lose your tickets.
However, many so called discount ticket providers are nothing but resellers/middlemen and a few days before the event, the real seller has a better offer etc. and you’re left high and dry with nothing.
You may want to look at Better Business reviews for the merchant you purchased tickets from. If a large number of complaints, then cut your losses and dispute the charge.

It would seem that this is not an “Apple Issue” but one between you, the seller, and your credit card issuer.
Or am I missing something ?
