Meaning of generic symbol next to iphone in iCloud

What is the meaning of the symbol on my iCloud that represents my iPhone? My iPhone switches from CETiphone to Este iPhone and then my own iPhoneminiwhitt. I do not have any translations, I reset all settings yesterday, recognize all devices and changed my password. My private relay vpn sets me in my own region (Midwest). This could be helpful that I do not recognize why a Chinese keyboard would be a part of my iCloud data. It has never been downloaded.
