Volume issues

i noticed that my sound on my phone hasn’t been working correctly. When I’m on tik tok or instagram watching videos and stuff the sound will be fine but then the video will freeze and the sound disappears and this all started yesterday. Not sure why this is happening but it’s very annoying. What’s going on?

Tiktok is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or TikTok: Support Center

Instagram is not an Apple Product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Instagram Help Center
