If you turn on News in your iCloud settings, it will sync across all compatible devices.
You can turn it on by following the instructions in this guide:
Get the news on all your Apple devices – Apple Support (AU)
This will allow the channels and topics you follow, the stories you save and your reading history to be the same on all devices.
