Keyboard repeating every key I press

I have just purchased the brand new I Mac and set it up and the keyboard repeats every key I press, I have Voiceover turned off and It still happens could anyone give me any help with this please its so annoying thank you .

iMac 24″, macOS 13.2

Adjust the key delay rate.
