Please provide a screenshot. Go here: Take a Screenshot on your Mac - Apple Support. IMPORTANT: Blank out personal info(i.e. names) by covering it will red-colored rectangles and such, through use of the Photos app.

Troubleshooting Focus and DND:

Delete the Focus, and then create and use a new one.
