I’ve enabled something in my settings and I get this little box that pops up it says “personal on”, what does this mean and do I really need this?

You’ve turned on what’s called a focus, and usually you can turn this off in your settings or control center.Hope this helps.And no you don’t need this, it is used for personal preferences to block distractions
