Hello. I use Videoleap. The first problem I wanted to pay, as always, the monthly payment, paid 899 rubles, it turned out that this was one template. The second problem is that I also went through the apple store and paid the monthly payment for Videoleap because I need to work, the money was withdrawn, but I still can’t use the program. I am very upset please return this money to me ((((and tell me how to fix this situation.
здравствуйте. Пользуюсь программой Videoleap . Первая проблема я хотела оплатить как всегда ежемесячную оплату , оплатила 899₽ , оказалось что это за один шаблон. вторая проблема я зашла и через apple store и оплатила ежемесячную оплаты Videoleap так как мне нужно работать деньги сняли , но я все также не могу пользоватся программой. я очень расстроена пожалуйста верните мне эти деньги (((( и подскажите как исправить эту ситуацию.

  1. "Close and reopen the app

Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

 

2. Restart your device

Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

 

3. Check for updates

To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.

 

4. Delete the app, then redownload it

Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
