Something very strange happened with my devices.
I wanted to manage my data in iCloud on my iPad. I deleted some documents.
And after some minutes I discovered that all!!! data on my macbook pro disappeared.
So right, now, I lost all my data on my laptop, I can not recover my data, and I can not open any/new document folder or desktop on Finder. What do I suppose to do?

Do you know if you have Desktop and Documents enabled in iCloud Drive? If so, this may be expected behavior.
iCloud Drive is a sync service similar to how Notes or Calendar or iCloud Photos works. It keeps your data synced across your devices, updating as you update that info on one device, in this case your iPad. If documents that are uploaded to iCloud Drive from your Mac are deleted on your iPad, they are also deleted on your Mac.

That said, you may be able to recover deleted files for up to 30 days at iCloud.com. Those steps are outlined here:
