Compatibility issue with Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro for iPad

Hey guys I’m new here but I saw something interesting while reading the compatibility list of the two new apps from Apple.

it’s stated that, to work, Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro need iPadOS 16.4 or later and a device with A12 Bionic or later.

I have a first gen 11 inch iPad Pro that is compatible with Logic Pro but not with Final Cut Pro.

My question is why? If the two apps have the same requirement shouldn’t they all be compatible with my iPad?

The system requirements are NOT the same.

FCP on the iPad requires an M1 processor or later.

Is this the US App Store? I don’t see that. On the Apple website it says this

You can install Final Cut Pro for iPad on your 12.9-inch iPad Pro (5th or 6th generation), 11‑inch iPad Pro (3rd or 4th generation), or iPad Air (5th generation) with iPadOS 16.4 or later.

It’s the Italian App Store. So there is only an error in the first sentence because the list of supported devices is accurate

I think Logic can use the older chips but not FCP.
