Limit of songs played from playlist

I have apple music and playlists with much more than 100 songs, when I am selecting such playlist on my iphone it is only playing (showing on Playing Next) only the first 100 songs or less. why is this limit?

Limiting a Playlist I just shared a playlist for the first time with 14 songs. After sharing the list, it now continues playing additional songs that I did not include (from Apple Music I guess). How can I correct this so it just plays the original 24 songs? Thanks for any help!
