Can't Delete/Edit Playlists on Apple Music App

On the Apple Music App, I cannot delete/add songs from my playlists and I cannot delete downloaded songs or download new songs. It works on my MacBook but not on my iPhone. I'm not sure what to do.

Close the app and force restart:

I can’t add or delete music from my playlist I have tried to remove songs from my playlist. I click remove song and it won’t remove. I have tried to add songs and it won’t add. I have tried to make a new playlist and nothing is happening.

Apple Music removes songs from playlists this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. It is infuriating spending months sorting music into playlists for iTunes to randomly decide to remove tracks I put into playlists from those playlists. How does this happen? I used to have a Mac and only have an iPad and iPhone that I use together with my Windows 10 PC. I had 10.000 songs sorted into moods and now randomly some playlists are missing most of the tracks added. Looking forward to not having this happen again.
