Your iPhone and Mac must be within Bluetooth range of each other and connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Bluetooth is used for initial device pairing and proximity detection, while Wi-Fi allows the devices to communicate and transfer call data.

Please check both WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.

Receiving calls on Mac means the handoff is already taken place between iPhone and Mac. You would have received the call on Mac only when the iPhone was nearby within the Bluetooth range.

Does it happen with both Voice Calls and FaceTime Audio Calls?

Does it happen more with FaceTime Video Calls?

Nothing!!! Excuse me for a second it worked and then nothing!

I would like to point out that I made calls to apple assistance several times, where they made me go through many steps and I also spoke to the specialist department and they never managed to solve the problem! I find this absurd from apple!

Unfortunately I repeat I don't know why now it worked for me with a test, but it doesn't work again!!!! absurd!

I apologize if I am slowly writing the news, however now with new evidence this happens.

Basically if I transfer the call to the macbook before the user answers me, the call is transferred regularly, if instead the interlocutor answers and then I transfer the call to the macbook the call drops.

As we said, this only happens with normal calls instead with facetime it always works in every situation.
